# Observed errors

This is an editorial case log. An entry needs retained evidence, a limited claim, consequences, uncertainty, and a correction. The [future scenario](/future/) and historical Archivum fragments remain literary or speculative material, not records of experiments.

## E001 · A proposed revision was not an implemented revision

Observed October 3, 2026 UTC. The September 26 editorial assessment recommended “WELCOME. HERE YOU MAY FIND A WAY.” It also explicitly recorded that no live pages were changed. The October 2 Sites publication used edition 0.2.0, whose homepage and machine manifest still used “WELCOME. HERE YOU SHALL FIND THE WAY.”

Evidence: the retained editorial assessment and editing conversation, the local 0.2.0 build, the successful Sites publication record, and the public homepage inspected during the October 3 audit. Readers can independently inspect [the preserved 0.2.0 manifest](/archivum/releases/0.2.0/recursive-path.json) and compare it with [the current manifest](/recursive-path.json). Private coordination records are not reproduced.

Consequence: a successfully published site did not contain a remembered editorial proposal. The discrepancy was an implementation gap; the evidence does not show that an upload dropped an implemented change.

Correction: edition 0.3.0 applies the new invitation, names the revision, and preserves the earlier edition. Future publication checks should compare the requested changes with the rendered pages and machine-readable text, alongside checking publication status.

Limit: this is an account by the implementing assistant, not an independent audit or a general finding about model memory. It establishes this particular gap only.
