- sources/: selected conversation excerpts and retrieved Notion enhanced Markdown.
- sources.json: source identifiers, original locations, extraction limits.
- notion-recovery.json: retrieved text and native metadata; expiring cover URLs excluded.
- authorship.json: generation, witnessing, and custody roles.
- contradictions.json: competing claims and explicitly labeled commentary.
- branches/index.json: real branches and merges only; initially empty.
- releases/: frozen release bundles with per-file SHA-256 records.
- releases.json: append-only release index.

Do not overwrite a release. Corrections create successors. Never infer completeness from a checksum. Notion page extraction is not a backup of its version history. A restricted source URL may require the owner's Notion access.
